domestic shipping
Flat rate shipping within Australia - $8.50 Domestic orders are dispatched via Australia standard Parcel Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for further information regarding delivery times. If you you would like your order delivered using Express Post, please contact us prior to ordering. Express Post charges will apply.international shipping
International flat rate shipping - AUD$17.50
All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs' regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.
harp is not responsible for the loss, damage, or delay of a parcel due to postal services. If you require insurance to your order, please contact us before placing your order.

Items that are 'made to order' - allow 1 week production plus delivery time.
Items that are 'ready to ship' - allow 1 to 2 days plus delivery time.

Payment can be made using major credit cards or Paypal at harp's checkout page. Credit cards are processed using Stripe and Paypal payments will redirected to the Paypal website.returns
If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer a return option for store credit within 5 days of receiving your package. We do not offer cash refunds at this time but are happy to provide you with a store credit/replacement item. To request a return, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you asap with return instructions. The purchaser is responsible for return postage.
Items with fault - Whilst we insist on using quality fabric and pride ourselves on the quality of our sewing, if a fault is identified please contact us and we will either replace the item, or if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
